Left LA to go back to AB after six months....wasnt terrible, but when I got back ((to make money to go back to LA to get an apartment)) my 'partner' now Ex decided I was a raging hoebag, even though....yeah, not a hoebag. So got rid of that, spent some time committed to a mental ward, gave up on doctors & the medical system altogether, moved around a few times, now living with my current partner in the land of 'working from home making bank and loving my new family of two pets and a damn fine man'.
